I grew up on a farm in North Alabama's Tennessee Valley and have spent my career walking into messes other people couldn't sort out, from tangled books to a $300 million backlog on a government contract. I've beaten leukemia twice, founded the Griffin Leukemia Foundation, and stood on top of Kilimanjaro.
